"In this painting I have painted the rocks around Haasts Bluff. They are in piles, and look like someone has put them there like that, but no, time has made them this way."
Keturah Nangala Zimran lives and paints in and near Haasts Bluff, 250 kilometres west of Alice Springs. The community live between two mountain ranges, and artists use large plains of colour. Keturah paints the landscape full of large rock formations and like other painters her uses strong, bold colours.
